About the Artist

I'm the artist! My name is Jasmine and I am a multi-cultural travel-lover who is currently settled in Miami, FL, USA.

I first fell in love with photography in 2005 in a specialized art course where I learned on vintage film cameras and in a fully equipped darkroom. This allowed me to learn the fundamentals and history of photography before ever touching a digital SLR camera or learning Photoshop. I later went on to study digital photography and videography, attending York University in 2009. I've continued taking photos over the years since, both on film and in digital formats with a variety of cameras and lenses, growing my collection along the way. 

I took my business full-time in 2020, and have since been trusted to capture weddings, engagements, fashion photoshoots, charity events, automotive meets, and more. I now use my collection of vintage film camera lenses from all over the world on my state-of-the-art mirrorless digital camera body to create my beautiful, signature style with a nostalgic edge.

My years of experience empower me to explore a wide variety of photography niches - from theme parks and tourist destinations to fashion, automotive, and more.
