Policies 

Cancellation Policy: 

50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 50% remainder due prior to the photoshoot/wedding/event. 

Payments may be made by credit card, PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle. 

If a reschedule request is made, the Photographer will make every effort to accommodate the newly requested date and time, however no refund is owed if the photographer is not available on the requested reschedule date. If one of the Photographer's associates is available but the Photographer is not, they can accommodate the reschedule request and any prior payments can be transferred to the new Photographer at no extra cost.

License Policy: 

Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. 

The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for personal use, family and friends both online and offline. 

Credit will be given to the photographer. 

If you do not want your images used in this manner please let your photographer know during the booking process and we will honor your request. 

Extension Policy: 

Hours may be extended with mutual consent. 

The possibility of an extended wedding day must be discussed with at least 48 hours notice. 

Hourly rate will apply.

Deliverables:

Any special requests for specific photos, poses, etc. must be made via email or text message a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event. Requests made in the moment will be accommodated if/when possible.

Events outside of the photographer's control - including but not limited to inclement weather, schedule changes, late or absent guests, etc. - may affect the photographer's ability to capture the photos and videos as outlined in the Contract, and the photographer is not liable for any such missing deliverables due to these and other similar types of unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that there are extra photos and/or videos that the Photographer would like to deliver to the Client, the Photographer reserves the right to add on extra editing time in order to increase the total number of deliverable files. The photographer will notify the client before the original due date if there are extra deliverables that may extend the editing time.

Standard editing included in packages quoted on Pricing pages. Standard editing does not include additional services such as facial/body retouching, reshaping, and/or other extensive photo manipulation work. These items can be requested and added on for an additional fee.

Additional terms and conditions:

• If subject to abusive behavior or harassment, and if the client cannot or will not address it appropriately in a timely manner, Photographer reserves the right to cancel at any time - including during the photoshoot/wedding/event - with no refund.
• This website is subject to information errors and downtime. Photographer is not liable for errors and updates that may occur on this website. 
• Commercial Use License of photos can be provided for an additional fee, if requested
• Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, unsolicited promotions, harassment, spam, etc. are all valid reasons for the Photographer to withdraw and cancel services without refund.
• Photographer reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions.
